Will my patio flood in heavy rain?
Not if it's built right. We slope the patio away from the house and, on low lots, add drainage beside or under it so water has somewhere to go.
Can you combine a patio with turf or a deck?
Yes. Many of our Port Coquitlam jobs combine a patio, turf and a deck or patio cover in one build.
Pavers or concrete for a patio?
Pavers can be lifted and relaid if needed and come in more patterns. Concrete has fewer joints. Both last when the base is built properly.
Can you add a fire pit or lighting?
