Groundwork sets the pace for the whole build. We clear and strip the lot, dig and haul, prepare for foundations, install water, sewer and storm services and drainage, and build the retaining walls, driveways and landscaping that finish the project.

We work from your drawings and engineering, coordinate inspections, and keep the site tidy for the trades that follow. Bring us in for one phase or the whole outside of the project.

Do you work from engineered drawings?

Yes. We build to your drawings and engineering, and coordinate with your engineer and the City on inspections.

Can you take on just one phase of a build?

Yes. Some builders bring us in only for excavation and servicing, others for walls, driveways and landscaping at the end. We can do either or the whole outside scope.

Are you WorkSafeBC registered and insured?

Yes. We are WorkSafeBC registered and carry liability insurance. Clearance letters and a certificate of insurance are available on request.

What areas do you cover?
